Balachandran is an accountant by profession and a researcher in the areas of corporate governance. He has had 10 years of international experience in accounting, taxation, consultancy and auditing. In addition, he has vast teaching experience in the institutions of higher education and coaching students for professional examinations in the areas of financial reporting and contemporary business issues.

Sam Naragala is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Registered Tax Agent and qualified Finance and Mortgage Broker, with extensive experience across accounting, taxation, financial management and business advisory. With experience across public practice, not-for-profit organisations, finance broking and business ownership, Sam brings a practical and well-rounded perspective to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. He is passionate about making complex financial matters easier to understand and providing clear, reliable and personalised advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Sam was recognised as the 2025 Young Chartered Accountant of the Year in Tasmania and the 2025 Mentor of the Year at the Australian Accounting Awards.
