Balachandran is an accountant by profession and a researcher in the areas of corporate governance. He has had 10 years of international experience in accounting, taxation, consultancy and auditing. In addition, he has vast teaching experience in the institutions of higher education and coaching students for professional examinations in the areas of financial reporting and contemporary business issues.

Gunasaiklaran Malayalam is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia New Zealand. He has had 40 years of experience in auditing, accounting, secretarial and taxation.

Givantha (Sam) is a Chartered Tax Adviser and he has held a variety of positions including a business advisor, taxation accountant, director and public officer.
